Physical therapy clinic post-operation packages are a package of multiple physical therapy follow-up sessions offered by surgical facilities as a supplemental care plan post-surgery. Physical therapists promote, maintain, and restore health through physical examination, diagnosis, management, patient education, physical intervention, and rehabilitation. Basic therapy, including special exercises, is completed during each subsequent visit to an initial evaluation. The physical therapist also assesses improvement of one's condition, including level of strength, posture, flexibility, balance and coordination, during follow-up visits.
